Dianne has devoted herself to her profession for over 27 years, representing both buyers and sellers. Even though she has closed over 850 real estate transactions in her career, she never takes on more business than she can handle at any given time. Each client receives the highest level of communication and commitment necessary to close escrow successfully. Her career began in 1989 in the greater Los Angeles County focusing on the coastal communities as far south as Redondo Beach, and as far North as Malibu. In 1998, Dianne received her broker’s license and two years later opened a boutique real estate company. Her real estate experience includes many years selling Bank Owned Properties and working with lending institutions and asset management firms such as, PNC Mortgage, American Savings Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, Premier Asset Services, Nationwide REO, RESN Asset Management, JP Morgan Chase, Quantum Servicing, Atlas REO, and Servicelink Asset Management.
Dianne has always believed that operating a more intimate real estate company provides more flexibility to meet each client’s individual needs. She has learned over the years that everyone´s situation and circumstances are vastly different. Because of her personal approach, you need not worry about dealing with an assistant or getting lost in frustrating voice-mail systems. From marketing to negotiating, from communicating to closing, Dianne will continually provide the highest level of service and absolute best results available.
In her spare time, Dianne enjoys walks on the beach and bike rides with her husband in her hometown of Del Mar. She is a huge animal advocate and has spent many hours volunteering for organizations such as Rancho Coastal Humane Society, and Helen Woodward Animal Center. Dianne is dedicated to supporting several animal advocate organizations. For every escrow she closes, she will donate $500 to The Pug Queen.org or a charity of your choice. She is also actively involved and volunteers for the Del Mar Community Connections which is a wonderful program that provides additional help for seniors so that they can grow old gracefully in their own homes.
